No PayPal Account is required for payments under $2000 USD.
All Credit Card payments are only accepted though PayPal or Western Union. (No Signup is required) If the Payment is more than $250.00, a SIGNED authorization form is also required before work can be started. If the work is canceled after the payment is processed, a $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
If the payment amount is over $250.00, The following two steps must be completed after making the payment on the PayPal Website:
1. Download the PayPal Authorization form.
2. Fill out the PayPal Authorization form, Sign form, then Fax it
to 813-856-4530.
Western Union PaymentsTo send money through Western Union using your credit card.
