air compressor

What kind of air compressor is good for me?

I have been working on cars for a while with basic tools, no power tools really. Now I want to start doing body work and just have air tools to make it all easier. So I would like to have an overall air compressor that can handle everything. I don’t know quite much on the subject, but I am currently reading up on it. So I’m just curious, what should I look for? What should the CFM be to handle all the tools I want? How big of a tank should I get?

At least a 20 gallon tank, 30 would be better. Total up the CFM requirements of the tools you’re looking to buy, then get a compressor that will handle those requirements. What you’re asking is too broad to answer with any certainty.
